How to Submit

Submissions will be made through the Conference Manager Software. In order to submit an abstract an account will be required. If you have attended CS4L National Summit in the past six years or either of the two previous IPLC, you will have an account.

Submission guidelines

The body of your submission description should be no more than 1700 characters, including punctuation and spaces. You will be required to enter the following information for the submitter, presenter and all additional speakers.

  • First Name
  • Last name
  • Institution/Affiliation
  • Email address

Submissions should be submitted in plain text and they will be formatted for the program.

Submissions can be submitted for one of four presentation types:

Individual 25 minutes

Presentations will consist of 25 minute presentation duration with 5 minutes for Q&A. An individual presentation is one or two presenters presenting on one topic.

Citius Vocem

Presentations will consist of 16 slides are presented for 15 seconds each for a total presentation time of 4 minutes (this differs slightly from the traditional PechaKucha format of 20 slides for 20 seconds each)

Poster Submissions

Posters showcasing new research, best practices and unique programs will be on display and have dedicated poster viewing time throughout the conference.

Panel Submissions

Panel submissions will be submitted by the panel moderator and will consist of 3 presenters on a similar topic and one panel moderator. Panels will have 75 – 90 minutes to present.
